Lloyd has worked in the FE sector for all of his career after studying and being the Students' Union President at Salisbury College (now Wiltshire College). He now works as Head of Student Support at the Bournemouth and Poole College where amongst other responsibilities he has the pleasure of leading the Student Engagement Team and the strategic direction of Student Voice within the College. Lloyd is a NUS Quality SU assessor (having helped guide Bournemouth and Poole College SU to being the first FE College with a rating of 'Good' and also NAMSS Convenor for the South West.
